Dalius consults companies on Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and building AI related Project portfolio, he also helps companies implement AI projects. Dalius has over 25 years of experience in IT: he has started as a programmer and now he is a co-founder and Chief technology officer (CTO) of Dirbtinis intelektas pramonei (Artificial Intelligence for Industry), as well as an owner of a Software development company TechConsult. Dalius has delivered various IT projects in 12 countries worldwide. He has experience in identity management, construction business, medical care and clinical trials, national registers, infrastructure, law enforcement, logistics and other sectors. Dalius calls himself a translator between business and IT people. Dalius' company Dirbtinis intelektas pramonei is a member of Mannufacturing Innovation Valley Cluster.

Carina is passionate about human rights, entrepreneurship and new technologies, especially artificial intelligence and the interlinkages with law, ethics and society. Besides having started her own venture and giving talks about human rights & machine learning, she is a legal expert with several years of experience working in international organizations and foreign affairs.
