Jekaterina Rojaka is Chief Economist for Baltic countries at DNB Markets, where she heads the Economic Research department since 2009. She has extensive experience in analysis and research in the Baltic economies from more than ten years at DNB, the Bank of Lithuania, Vilnius University and The World Bank. Her broad research interest encompasses macroeconomics, financial markets and econometrics. She is published widely and well known in Lithuania among the general public, business and academic professionals.

Rita Sokolovienė has an extensive business experience in managing manufacturing and service businesses for Scandinavian investors in Lithuania since 1995. It includes construction, leisure boats building companies and temporary staffing services to Scandinavian investors in Lithuania. The knowledge of different sectors and organizations from inside contributes a lot in recruitment activity since 2008 in branches of international recruitment networks. R.Sokolovienė completed hundreds search and selection assignments in Finance, Customer Service, Manufacture, HR and IT fields.
Ms. Sokolovienė holds and EMBA Degree from Kaunas Technology University program designed in cooperation with SDA Bocconi, Italy, and Roskilde University, Denmark.
