Dr Gintaras Gavėnas
Management Consultant
Dr. Gintaras Gavėnas is a graduate of Vilnius University with a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry. He defended his doctoral thesis in Natural Sciences from KTU. Also, he received his master`s degree from ISM University of Management and Economics. Dr. Gavėnas has led the manufacturing, trading and service companies in Lithuania and Finland since 1989. He has worked with energy projects, including nuclear construction in Finland since 2003. Dr Gavėnas has engaged in Management consulting since 2002. Currently he is consulting companies on strategy planning and implementation, organizational structure, efficiency, control, budgetary matters.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, October 24 at 8.30 at Gedimino pr. 1, 2nd Floor (Embassy of Ireland).
Q&A session follows the presentation. A light breakfast will be served at the meeting.
